About the Role
ActiveProspect is on a mission to revolutionize the way companies approach customer acquisition through consent-based marketing. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of lead generation. You will work closely with executive leadership, product managers, customers, design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to identify high-impact opportunities and deliver solutions that drive measurable business value.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MarTech and SaaS, with experience in products that include creation workflows, rules or automation engines, collaboration, analytics, integrations, and clear ROI measurement. You will own the product strategy for the ActiveProspect platform, driving go-to-market decision making and ensuring business goals are achieved.
What You Will Do
- Own and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for lead management and distribution
- Translate business goals into product priorities, balancing long-term vision with iterative value delivery
- Drive cross-functional planning and ensure resources are focused on the highest-impact initiatives
- Partner with leadership to define pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies
- Leverage AI to accelerate product development workflows
- Maintain a deep understanding of both lead buyers and sellers, speaking regularly with customers to uncover pain points and opportunities
- Stay informed on competitor trends, compliance regulations, and technology advancements influencing the lead ecosystem
- Define and own the core business metrics for your product area, including lead volume, quality, conversion, yield, and ROI
- Collaborate with analytics teams to establish clear KPI tracking and visibility for leadership
- Incorporate experimentation and testing frameworks to evaluate product improvements and GTM effectiveness
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in MarTech and SaaS
- Strong understanding of GTM strategies and Excel
- Experience with products that include creation workflows, rules or automation engines, collaboration, analytics, integrations, and clear ROI measurement
- Proven track record of driving business growth through product innovation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI and machine learning
- Knowledge of CRM, lifecycle marketing, campaign automation, and workflow automation
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
