About the Role
The Sr Product Marketing Manager role at Coupa Software is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to elevate the company's market presence and drive the success of its Spend Management solutions. As a key player in the product marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that showcase the value of Coupa's AI-driven spend management platform. With a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Marketing, to drive growth and adoption.As a Sr Product Marketing Manager, you will be the voice of the customer and the champion of Coupa's value proposition, fueling growth through strategic storytelling, strong market insight, and powerful enablement. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing compelling product positioning and messaging, creating high-impact content and tools, and partnering with enablement to deliver targeted training programs.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive pipeline growth, adoption, and customer retention
- Create compelling product positioning and messaging rooted in a deep understanding of procurement personas
- Highlight the unique business value of Coupa's solutions in a way that resonates with both business and technical audiences
- Serve as a passionate spokesperson in webinars, customer sessions, and events
- Fuel sales success by creating high-impact content and tools, such as decks, battlecards, solution briefs, and customer stories
- Partner with enablement to deliver targeted training programs that keep go-to-market teams sharp and confident
- Gather and translate market, customer, and competitive insights into actionable strategies that inform product direction and sales focus
- Engage regularly with customers and prospects to gather real-world insights, support strategic deals, and surface advocates for case studies and speaking opportunities
- Use customer feedback and market trends to shape content, refine messaging, and influence roadmap decisions
- Influence leadership positioning through analyst relations and partner with the Analyst Relations and Product teams to shape compelling narratives and briefing content
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain technology
- A talent for turning complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging and market-facing content
- Experience leading go-to-market strategies and supporting product launches with measurable business impact
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
- A data-driven mindset and the ability to bring structure to ambiguity, uncover insights from data, and use them to inform decisions and storytelling
- Experience presenting to both internal and external audiences, including sales teams and executive stakeholders
- A self-starter mentality with a passion for solving problems, moving fast, and delivering results
- Resilience, adaptability, and an unshakable drive to keep pushing forward even when the path isn't clear
