About the Role

Private Health Management, a clinically sophisticated healthcare navigation company, is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive new business across a defined region. This role involves leading complex, consultative sales efforts with employers, benefits brokers, consultants, TPAs, and captive insurers, positioning PHM as a trusted partner for supporting employees and plan members facing serious and complex conditions. As a key member of the team, you will leverage your existing relationships and credibility in the employee benefits ecosystem to expand PHM’s distribution channels and accelerate growth in the employer business.

The Senior Sales Executive will work closely with PHM leadership to shape go-to-market strategies, develop pipeline, qualify opportunities, and close new business. This is a high-impact role that requires a proven seller who thrives in fast-paced environments and is motivated by both mission and results.

What You Will Do

  • Lead complex sales efforts with various stakeholders to drive new business
  • Develop and execute targeted go-to-market strategies and territory plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, brokers, consultants, and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand PHM’s presence in the market
  • Collaborate with PHM leadership to define and execute partnership approaches
  • Stay engaged with the market to gather insights and feedback from prospects, customers, and partners
  • Develop and maintain a healthy, forward-looking pipeline
  • Strategize and execute plans to achieve sales targets
  • Position PHM as a trusted partner for supporting employees and plan members facing complex medical conditions

What We Are Looking For

  • 7+ years of demonstrable, sustained success in closing complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales
  • Strong understanding of the employee benefits ecosystem
  • Existing relationships and credibility in the industry
  • Proven ability to work in a remote environment and manage a sales territory
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to leverage digital skills for sales efforts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with sales metrics and pipeline management
