About the Role

The Sr. Sales Manager position at SpaceX is a critical component of the company's Starlink Enterprise Sales team, responsible for driving the adoption of Starlink's innovative satellite internet technology across North America. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will be tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, leveraging their expertise in enterprise sales to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. The role will involve working closely with resellers, internal teams, and mid-market Enterprise accounts to build a robust pipeline and deliver winning sales campaigns.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive the adoption of Starlink's satellite internet technology across North America
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities, leveraging relationships with resellers, internal teams, and mid-market Enterprise accounts
  • Deliver winning sales campaigns, exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Conduct new business meetings, qualify opportunities, and communicate the value proposition of Starlink's technology to customers and resellers
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity, pipeline development, and customer interactions
  • Develop and deliver proposals, presentations, and other sales materials to customers and resellers
  • Provide feedback and insights to internal teams on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
  • Participate in sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and other sales-related activities

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth
  • Strong knowledge of the satellite internet industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
  • Excellent sales, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, resellers, and internal teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop creative solutions to business problems
