About the Role
The Senior Sales Manager, LatAm, will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of Starlink's cutting-edge technology across Latin America. This role entails identifying, developing, and securing new enterprise customers, working closely with key decision-makers and influencers within various organizations to understand their needs and propose tailored Starlink solutions. As part of the Starlink Enterprise Sales team, the successful candidate will be integral in expanding Starlink's presence in the region, leveraging their personal drive, sales acumen, and market knowledge to exceed revenue targets.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will involve establishing and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients, presenting Starlink's value proposition, and negotiating deals that align with the company's strategic objectives. The Senior Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams, including market access, government affairs, finance, and legal, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, they will represent Starlink at regional conferences and events, promoting the brand and its capabilities to a wider audience.

What You Will Do
- Identify and secure new enterprise customers across Latin America, developing strategies to approach and engage with potential clients.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within organizations to understand their current and future needs.
- Work with the product engineering team to iterate on and improve Starlink product offerings based on customer requirements and market feedback.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, including the establishment of relationships, presentations, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including market access, government affairs, finance, and legal, to support sales efforts and customer satisfaction.
- Represent Starlink at regional events and conferences, promoting the brand and its capabilities.
- Gather and analyze market data to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Starlink's network infrastructure to effectively communicate its value to customers.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets through consistent and diligent sales efforts.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or telecommunications.
- 5+ years of professional experience in business development or sales, preferably in the satellite/telecommunications sector for enterprise or government customers.
- Fluent in English with bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish.
- Strong sales track record with the ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills in business and technical issues.
- Highly detail-oriented, diligent, and hardworking with excellent customer interface skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external customers.
- Basic knowledge of IT and telecommunications, with the ability to learn and communicate the technical aspects of Starlink's services.
