Sr. SAP S/4 - SAP FICO w/ SCM & PMMO - Remote

## About the Role The Senior SAP S/4 - SAP FICO with SCM & PMMO role is a critical component of Simple Software Solutions Group's finance team, responsible for leading SAP finance initiatives within a highly regulated DOD/A&D environment. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with finance and IT stakeholders to deliver configuration, enhancements, and support for core financial processes. With a strong focus on SCM and PMMO implementation, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.

The role requires a deep understanding of SAP FICO, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting. You will work directly with business stakeholders to gather and translate financial requirements, configure and support financial processes, and develop functional specs for RICEFW objects. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring compliance with export control regulations and ITAR-controlled environments.

As a remote worker, you will be part of a distributed team, collaborating with colleagues across the United States. You will be expected to operate independently, leading requirements sessions and workshops, and troubleshooting production issues in a fast-paced environment.

## What You Will Do - Lead SAP FICO configuration, enhancement, and support activities - Work directly with business stakeholders to gather and translate financial requirements - Configure and support General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA) - Develop functional specs and collaborate with ABAP teams on RICEFW objects - Ensure integration with PMMO, PP, MM, SD, and other SAP modules - Participate in testing, data validation, and user support - Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution - Support financial close processes (month-end/year-end) - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver SAP finance initiatives

## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of hands-on SAP FICO functional experience - Strong configuration experience in GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting - Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA Finance - At least 3-4 full lifecycle SAP implementations - Strong understanding of core accounting principles and financial processes - Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams - U.S. Citizenship required - Experience working in ITAR-controlled environments - Ability to comply with export control regulations

## Nice to Have - Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations - Exposure to defense, aerospace, or regulated industries - Experience with financial reporting tools (Fiori, SAC, BW) - Background supporting audit or compliance-driven environments
