About the Role

Varicent is seeking a Sr Software Developer to join their Incentives Development team, working on cutting-edge SaaS solutions for Sales Performance Management.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of backend development experience, focusing on data-intensive applications
  • Proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., C#, Java, C++)
  • Experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, Redshift)
  • Understanding of ELT/ETL processes and challenges in handling large-scale data
  • Problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, maintainable code
  • English communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams (B2 level English or higher required)
