Job Description

## About the Role As a Senior Solution Strategist at aytm, you will play a critical role in driving the company's competitive strategy and winning new business. This cross-functional position will have you working closely with the New Business and Account Management sales teams to identify and capitalize on new opportunities. You will leverage your strong knowledge of quantitative market research, client business and research needs, and the competitive landscape to develop and implement effective solutions.

The Senior Solution Strategist role is part of the Solution Strategy team within aytm's Customer teams. You will collaborate with a range of stakeholders, including Product, Product Marketing, Learning Enablement, Customer Success, and Research teams. Your ability to work effectively in a remote environment and communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential to your success.

## What You Will Do - Collaborate with New Business and Account Management teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies - Develop and deliver customized solutions to prospective clients, including example surveys and deliverable samples - Support the Sales organization in achieving revenue goals through the identification of new business opportunities and the development of strategic partnerships - Maintain a strong understanding of aytm's product, service, and partnership offerings to propose comprehensive solutions that meet client needs - Serve as a subject matter expert for Sales teams, providing training and support on new product and service offerings - Work closely with Product Strategy and Marketing teams to develop and maintain awareness of the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for growth - Cultivate awareness of industry trends and developments, identifying strategic partnership opportunities that drive business growth - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams - Stay up-to-date with the latest market research methodologies and tools, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth

## What We Are Looking For - 10+ years of experience working in the market research industry, with a strong preference for client-side and/or independent consultant experience - 5+ years of experience executing quantitative research, including the development and implementation of complex research designs - 3+ years of consulting experience, with a focus on driving research solutions in a hands-on fashion - Strong understanding of advanced quantitative research methodologies, including survey design, data analysis, and reporting - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Strong business acumen, with the ability to think strategically and drive results - Experience working with enterprise clients, with a focus on developing and implementing customized solutions - Strong understanding of the competitive landscape, including points of parity and differentiation with other online survey platforms and providers

## Nice to Have - Experience working with insights automation technology, including the development and implementation of automated research solutions - Knowledge of industry trends and developments, including the latest market research methodologies and tools - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
