About the Role

The Sr Sourcer GTM Leadership role at Obsidian Security is a pivotal position thatwill drive the company's hiring strategy forward. What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top GTM and leadership talent
  • Utilize Salesforce and other sourcing tools to identify, engage, and nurture potential candidates
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies
  • Conduct research to identify top talent and develop a deep understanding of the GTM and leadership landscape
  • Engage with passive candidates using strategic sourcing methodologies
  • Use data to assess the market, talent map, and build diverse pipelines
  • Offer an extraordinary candidate experience to all potential candidates
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and talent partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sourcing and talent acquisition

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of sourcing experience in technical or go-to-market recruiting
  • Expertise in both traditional and advanced talent sourcing techniques
  • Experience with Salesforce and other sourcing tools
  • Strong understanding of the GTM and leadership landscape
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data-driven sourcing and talent acquisition

Nice to Have

  • Experience with agentic AI and its applications in SaaS security
