## What You Will Do - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities - Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications - Document technical requirements and create technical specifications for development teams - Mentor and train others in business processes and controls - Lead efforts to document workflows, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements - Work closely with project managers and technical teams during project planning, execution, and delivery - Ensure solutions meet defined objectives and are delivered on time and within budget - Guide and mentor analysts and project teams in best practices for gathering requirements - Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals - Lead testing efforts by developing comprehensive UAT test plans and assisting the business in creating test cases

## What We Are Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field - 5+ years of experience in a similar role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams - Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools - Strong leadership presence and ability to inspire teams toward shared goals - Experience with business process improvement and optimization - Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
