About the Role
Reddit is seeking a strong, hands-on Senior Finance Manager to join our Technology FP&A team, with a primary focus on Cloud Hosting spend.Responsibilities
- Develop sophisticated financial models for hosting spend, long-term financial planning, and strategic contract negotiations
- Conduct scenario analysis for scaling, product launches, and contract commitments
- Lead monthly variance analysis of spend vs. the budget and forecast for different LoBs
- Build standardized and consistent reporting packages highlighting trends and their impact on Reddit’s P&L
- Develop cost optimization initiatives and tracking mechanisms
- Develop ROI models to support cloud investments in the areas of strategic importance

- Familiarize yourself with cloud hosting services and their cost structures to stand out in the application process.
- Develop a portfolio showcasing your financial modeling skills, particularly with Excel, to demonstrate your capabilities.
