About the Role
The Staff Accountant will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records for 1upHealth, supporting audits, and ensuring timely accounting processes.Responsibilities
- Prepare bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations with supporting documentation
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities
- Maintain sales orders and customer contracts for billing purposes
- Generate and distribute customer invoices
- Assist with collections and respond to customer billing inquiries
- Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports
