What You Will Do

  • Bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities and real-world patient needs
  • Architect and integrate LLM-driven features into the core platform
  • Lead the evolution of the tech stack to support AI-native workflows
  • Collaborate with data and product teams to determine use cases that require AI solutions
  • Build robust RAG pipelines and select appropriate foundation models
  • Design and implement AI-driven features that improve care navigation quality and efficiency
  • Partner with the DevOps team to leverage AWS/Azure for cloud infrastructure deployment
  • Implement comprehensive monitoring and observability practices to ensure high availability, security, and scalability
  • Collaborate with internal clinical experts to validate model outputs and ensure AI agents are safe, accurate, and helpful
  • Establish patterns for building smart products, model evaluation, latency optimization, and cost management
  • Champion Responsible AI by operationalizing internal guidelines and ensuring fairness checks, bias detection, and safety guardrails

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in AI engineering, product development, and leadership
  • Strong background in AI, machine learning, and data science
  • Experience with Ruby on Rails, React, and cloud infrastructure deployment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and challenges
  • Experience with AI ethics, fairness, and bias detection
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and data privacy regulations
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
