About the Role
Ava Labs is seeking a Staff Backend Engineer to join our Crypto Custody team. This position is fully remote and offers an opportunity to work with an innovative blockchain development team.Responsibilities
- Innovate and Architect: Design, develop, and maintain crypto wallet systems using Golang, ensuring support for multi-party computation and multi-signature configurations.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with various departments to optimize Ava Labs product configurations.
- Drive Product Advancements: Assess opportunities to recommend tailored solutions, ensuring mass adoption while maintaining security.
- Exhibit Extreme Ownership: Take initiative and deliver high-quality, secure backend solutions while embracing challenges.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience.
- Proven track record in building crypto wallets or blockchain-related products.
- Deep understanding of UTXO and Account models, state management, and consensus mechanisms.
- Extensive experience in secure coding practices.
