About the Role

The Business Manager team is focused on building the foundational platform that empowers advertisers to operate effectively on Reddit. This includes owning the systems for business creation, structure, security, and sharing across the Ads Platform and other Reddit surfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a long-term technical strategy to unlock agency enablement on the Reddit Ads Platform
  • Innovate on permissions systems, build agency and LCS solutions, and drive adoption among Reddit's largest advertisers
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and partner teams to deliver high-impact solutions

Requirements
