What You Will Do

  • Lead complex, cross-team design initiatives from problem framing and discovery through shipped outcomes, ensuring seamless collaboration with engineering and product teams.
  • Map end-to-end user journeys to identify system-level gaps and define scalable experience solutions, driving cohesive, accessible design across platforms.
  • Produce high-quality design artifacts, including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and documentation, to create alignment and enable confident implementation.
  • Shape experience frameworks, visual systems, and design standards that scale across platforms and teams, elevating design craft across the organization.
  • Translate research, analytics, and business context into clear recommendations, actionable plans, and long-term experience strategy, partnering closely with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines, ensuring consistency and coherence across all products and platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and research, to drive design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
  • Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers, and contributing to the growth and development of the design team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to inform design decisions and drive innovation.

What We Are Looking For
