About the Role
Twilio is seeking a highly skilled Staff Engagement Manager to join their team, working remotely from Colombia. As a key member of the Enterprise Engagement team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the enterprise, analyzing business problems, and driving solutions to transform the business. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Business System Analysts, to identify and solve critical business problems.The Enterprise Engagement team is the single intake and engagement point between ET and the rest of Twilio, making this role a critical component of the company's success. You will have the opportunity to work with leaders across Twilio, managing relationships with internal ET teams, and driving problem statements through solution analysis and management of a business roadmap.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders across the enterprise, building and maintaining strong relationships with individual leaders and their teams.
- Analyze business problems to determine if they are value-driven and warrant continued analysis of a solution.
- Manage relationships with internal ET teams, including Product Management, Business Analysis, and Agile Services.
- Own the interaction between ET and Twilio stakeholders, acting as a conduit of questions on business problems and analysis of ROI.
- Proactively communicate business problems and trends to the wider Enterprise Engagement team.
- Monitor and report on key metrics resulting from the solutions provided to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation and achieve the goal of profitability.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Twilio's products and services.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
- Participate in the development of the Enterprise Engagement team's strategy and goals.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a related field, such as engagement management, business analysis, or consulting.
- Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to analyze complex problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Experience with project management tools and techniques.
- Strong understanding of business metrics and the ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Experience working in a remote-first environment and managing remote teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or computer science.
