## What You Will Do - Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure solutions for Nagarro's digital products.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure with application code.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to optimize deployment processes.
• Participate in the planning and execution of strategic technology initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, helping to grow the team's capabilities.
• Engage in continuous monitoring and improvement of system performance, identifying bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure infrastructure meets the highest standards of reliability and security.
• Develop and enforce best practices for DevOps within the organization.
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed to integrate third-party services into Nagarro's infrastructure.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in DevOps, recommending and implementing advancements that align with company goals.

## What We Are Looking For - A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in a DevOps or similar role, with a strong background in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Perl.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and version control systems (Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• A passion for learning and staying current with the latest developments in the field.
