## What You Will Do - Design and develop integrations for UKG workforce management systems, ensuring they meet client requirements and are aligned with Nagarro's product vision.

• Lead the implementation of UKG integration projects from inception to delivery, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration opportunities and develop strategic plans for their implementation.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation of integration designs and implementations.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance of integrations to ensure they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing integrations, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

## What We Are Looking For - A minimum of 6 years of experience in UKG integration design and implementation.

• Mandatory UKG Integration Certification.
• Strong understanding of workforce management principles and practices.
