Requirements

  • 3+ years managing team leads and/or engineering managers in a remote-first environment
  • Solid technical background (e.g., Linux, packaging, scripting, or application security)
  • Strong experience with Agile/Scrum, roadmap execution, and cross-team delivery
  • Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain technical leads and managers
