As a key member of the Integrated Campaigns team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of high-impact demand generation campaigns, from conceptualization to execution and analysis. Your ability to navigate complex marketing ecosystems, think critically about campaign performance, and drive data-informed decisions will be essential in this fast-paced environment.

  • Build and manage multi-touch campaign programs across email, digital advertising, in-product, web, and virtual events, with clear attribution and optimization loops.
  • Serve as a senior stakeholder representative in high-stakes cross-functional planning, communicating campaign performance, trade-offs, and recommendations to VP and C-level audiences.
  • Partner deeply with Product Marketing and Product Management teams to ensure that campaigns are aligned with product launches and positioning.
  • Own the analysis and reporting of campaign performance, using data to inform future campaign strategies and optimizations.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing leadership to set campaign strategies and goals.
  • Develop scalable, repeatable campaign frameworks that can absorb Docker's monthly launch cadence without compromising quality or speed.

What We Are Looking For

  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and the role of campaigns in driving pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on outcome-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with webinar program management, including strategy, execution, and analysis.
  • Knowledge of adjust and other marketing tools is a plus.
