The Staff Multifamily Business Operations Representative serves as a key player in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of complex projects, from contract approval to final Permission to Operate (PTO). What You Will Do
- Lead the full project lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive milestones and ensure timely project completion
- Manage a portfolio of sophisticated projects, overseeing market expansions, facilitating partner onboarding, and delivering training on policy and technical processes
- Review technical plan sets, legal contracts, and financial documents to ensure accuracy, SOX compliance, and alignment with Sunrun's internal policies and financial objectives
- Leverage Salesforce and internal databases to perform audits, manage project reporting, and identify data trends to improve automation and workflow efficiency
- Develop and implement process improvements to drive scalability and efficiency across the organization
- Serve as a key partner for channel onboarding and support, ensuring seamless integration with sales and install partners
- Collaborate with the development team to design and implement new features and functionality
- Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation plans, and project schedules
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and industry standards
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of work experience in a related field, with a focus on project management, business operations, or a similar role
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Google Suite, and project management tools preferred
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex data sets and identify trends
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
