About the Role
Dropbox is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead design for CompanyOS within the New Initiatives Org. CompanyOS is an AI-native operating system for work that Dropbox uses internally to plan, execute, and measure critical initiatives.Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, OCEO (Office of the CEO), product, and engineering to turn ambiguous problems into clear, intuitive workflows
- Operate as the design owner of a 0 → 1 product, delivering real impact for Dropboxers
