About the Role
Dropbox is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead design for CompanyOS within the New Initiatives Org. CompanyOS is an AI-native operating system for work that Dropbox uses internally to plan, execute, and measure critical initiatives.Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, OCEO (Office of the CEO), engineering, and product to turn ambiguous problems into clear, intuitive workflows
- Partner directly with OCEO, product, and engineering to deliver real impact for Dropboxers
Requirements
- Deep product taste with strong execution
- Track record of designing new products from scratch
- Obsessed with customers and thriving in zero-to-one environments with high ambiguity and autonomy
