Gusto is seeking a Staff Product Designer to join their Retirement team, focusing on building financial products and services that bridge the retirement gap for small business owners and their employees.

Product Design at Gusto is a cross-functional group of over 80 creative individuals who prioritize empathy and understanding for their users. The team works closely with partners in Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to design and ship experiences that make a real difference.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and ship experiences
  • Leverage AI to prototype ideas, shorten customer feedback loops, and ship quality UX directly to customers
