About the Role
The Staff Product Engineer will take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from initial concept to manufacturing end phases, ensuring high-quality outputs for customers.Responsibilities
- Oversee the product engineering lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.
- Define ATE testing, qualification, and manufacturing plans.
- Release products into manufacturing while meeting stringent customer requirements.
- Prepare datasheets and automotive compliance reports.
- Provide real-time support for design, product, and quality issues.
- Manage temperature, voltage, and process characterization.
- Conduct new product introductions and maintain product BOMs.
- Handle excursions for suppliers and customers.
- Utilize yield tools for monitoring and improvement, generating reports for PE teams.
- Achieve KPIs related to product deliverables, cost improvements, quality performance, and failure analysis cycles.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product engineering.
- Strong background in analog circuits is a must.
- Familiarity with ATE tester platforms like Teradyne J750 or Advantest 93K.
- Knowledgeable in analog and mixed-signal circuitry.
Nice to Have
- Experience with power management IC testing.
- Proficiency in common lab test equipment such as DC power supplies.
