About the Role
The Reddit Ads team is poised for rapid growth and innovation, and we're seeking a Staff Product Manager to evolve our Business Manager experience. This role will help shape how we monetize the Reddit platform and connect Redditors with brands they love.Responsibilities
- Set a vision, goal, and strategy for the Business Manager experience based on customer pain points and data.
- Drive the team towards execution, breaking down the strategy into a roadmap and quarterly OKRs.
- Manage the product launch process and monitor performance, iterating towards the north star goal.
