Lattice is a unified people platform that supports over 5,000 customers globally with its full Talent Management suite. As a Staff Product Manager, AI, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Lattice's AI-native product suite. You will be responsible for owning and scaling a new area of the suite from early product development to broad adoption.

The role entails working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data, and GTM, to design systems that integrate AI synthesis, data capture, and workflows. You will need to define what good AI looks like in a trust-critical product, ensuring transparency, evidence-backed decision-making, and user control.

What You Will Do

  • Own and scale a new area of the AI-native suite, from early product development to broad adoption
  • Design systems, not features, focusing on the full loop from data capture to AI synthesis and workflows
  • Define what good AI looks like in a trust-critical product, ensuring transparency, evidence-backed decision-making, and user control
  • Partner deeply with Reviews, Grow, and Calibration teams to integrate AI into core Lattice products
  • Lead through ambiguity and own the hardest product questions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on product vision and strategy
  • Develop and execute GTM strategies to drive adoption and revenue growth
  • Work closely with the data team to analyze product performance and inform data-driven decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning

What We Are Looking For

  • 7 to 12+ years of experience building complex, data-rich, or workflow-heavy products
  • A builder mindset with the ability to prototype, work in design tools, and use modern AI tools to accelerate workflow
  • Strong bias toward execution and iteration, with a focus on getting products in front of users and learning quickly
  • Excellent prioritization skills, with the ability to identify high-leverage opportunities and focus teams accordingly
  • High agency, ownership, and initiative, with a proactive approach to identifying and moving forward key projects
  • Experience building 0→1 products, ideally in fast-moving AI-first environments, with a track record of demonstrating real impact
  • Strong customer obsession, with a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to shape decisions around them
  • Strong product judgment, with a clear perspective on quality, trust, and user experience
  • Experience with AI/ML, both in shipped products and in tools used for job tasks, with judgment about when not to use AI

Nice to Have

  • Founder experience or very early-stage start-up experience, with a track record of moving through ambiguity to make progress
  • HR tech, performance management, or internal tooling experience
  • Background in developer tools or structured data ecosystems

Benefits and Perks

  • Competitive compensation package
  • Equity in a growing company
  • Flexible PTO and remote work options
  • Comprehensive health insurance
  • Access to cutting-edge AI and machine learning tools
  • Professional development opportunities, including training and education stipends
  • Collaborative and dynamic work environment

How to Stand Out

  • Develop a strong understanding of AI and machine learning principles, including their applications and limitations
  • Showcase your ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguity-rich environment, with a focus on execution and iteration
  • Highlight your experience with GTM strategies and data analysis, with specific examples of how you've driven adoption and revenue growth
  • Prepare to discuss your approach to customer obsession, including how you stay close to customers and inform product decisions around their needs
  • Be ready to walk through your experience with AI/ML, including tools and technologies used, and your judgment about when to apply AI solutions
  • Emphasize your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data, to drive product development and adoption
