About the Role

Dropbox is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of its next-generation AI-led Organization experiences within the Core Product, which encompasses the file storage and sharing experience (FSS). The successful candidate will shape the future of how users interact with content and context across tools, leveraging cutting-edge AI to power intuitive and intelligent organization across folders, libraries, and living workspaces (called Stacks).

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for organization in Dropbox’s core product, setting direction across user experience, core functionality, and technical requirements.

Requirements

  • Strong technical fluency, especially with AI/ML systems, and ability to navigate and influence across executive and IC audiences.
  • Deep customer empathy and ability to drive vision, define product direction, and partner cross-functionally to deliver transformative features.
