About the Role

The Staff Product Manager - Enterprise AI role at Twilio is a critical position that will drive the company's AI-powered solutions across GTM and corporate functions. As a key member of the Enterprise AI team, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy and execution of AI-powered solutions that transform how Twilio works. The role entails working closely with GTM and corporate function leaders, operations teams, engineering, data science, and AI/ML teams to deliver a cohesive product vision that scales across multiple use cases.

What You Will Do

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for Enterprise AI spanning GTM functions and corporate functions
  • Establish clear priorities, milestones, and success metrics that align with business objectives and drive measurable improvements
  • Lead cross-functional product development across multiple business domains
  • Build intelligent agents, automation workflows, and operational tools that transform how Twilio works
  • Collaborate with GTM and corporate function leaders to understand their workflows, pain points, and opportunities
  • Design and deliver AI-powered products that drive measurable business impact
  • Work closely with operations teams, engineering, data science, and AI/ML teams to deliver a cohesive product vision
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, industry trends, and customer needs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI-powered solutions
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth
  • Strong understanding of GTM and corporate functions, including sales, support, operations, finance, legal, and HR
  • Experience with AI and machine learning technologies, including Salesforce and Excel
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS or Azure
  • Knowledge of data science and machine learning techniques
