Job Description

## About the Role As a Staff Product Manager at Stripe, you will be responsible for defining and executing the company's product strategy for its enterprise customers. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to identify opportunities to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction. You will be the 'CEO' of your assigned vertical, responsible for building 0-to-1 products that solve industry-specific blockers and influencing the company's global product roadmap.

The role will require you to have a deep understanding of the needs of enterprise customers and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and have a strong track record of delivering high-impact products.

The Enterprise Product team at Stripe is responsible for bridging the gap between the company's core capabilities and the bespoke needs of the world's largest organizations. As a Staff Product Manager, you will be part of a team that is passionate about building products that make a real difference to customers.

## What You Will Do - Own the industry product roadmap, defining and executing a multi-year strategy for your assigned vertical - Build 0-to-1 products that solve industry-specific blockers and drive growth for Stripe's enterprise customers - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to identify opportunities to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction - Conduct deep customer research, data analysis, and market intelligence to identify unmet needs and opportunities for growth - Lead the full product lifecycle, from problem definition and technical scoping with engineering, through PRD, API and UX design, build, launch, and post-launch iteration - Make hands-on trade-off decisions about scope, technical approach, and sequencing with your engineering team - Translate 'market noise' into clear product signal, shaping feature requirements and defining the data models and integration patterns that enterprise customers need - Influence Stripe's core product teams to ensure their roadmaps reflect the requirements of enterprise customers in your vertical - Act as a strategic partner to GTM and customers, working deeply with Stripe's largest customers, partners, and GTM teams - Define and track key metrics to measure the success of your products and make data-driven decisions to optimize and improve them

## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the fintech or payments industry - A strong track record of delivering high-impact products that drive growth and improve customer satisfaction - Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering - A deep understanding of the needs of enterprise customers and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - A strong ability to analyze complex data sets and make data-driven decisions - Experience with product development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum - A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business
