About the Role

The Staff Product Manager, Governance at Webflow is a pivotal role in defining and delivering the next generation of enterprise-grade identity, security, and access management capabilities. This position is crucial in enabling organizations to securely scale their collaboration across Webflow. This role reports to the Director of Product, Scale, and involves close collaboration with go-to-market teams, engineers, and designers to execute on the vision and strategy for Webflow's access control, identity, and governance capabilities.

What You Will Do

  • Define and execute the vision and strategy for Webflow's access control, identity, and governance capabilities.
  • Be the voice of Webflow's largest customers, working alongside go-to-market teams to shape the enterprise motion and translating field insights into product direction.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers to execute on your vision and deliver impact.
  • Partner with other product and engineering teams to evangelize access control principles across the company.
  • Drive strategy and execution across roles and permissions, governance, and workflows.
  • Ensure that Webflow's product offerings meet the highest standards of security and compliance.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to evaluate and adopt new capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of enterprise security and governance, including identity, role-based access control, audit capabilities, and compliance frameworks.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital security and governance.
  • Participate in the company-wide bonus program, with target amounts based on company performance.

What We Are Looking For

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of executing at a high velocity to deliver exceptional enterprise customer experiences.
  • Fluency in enterprise security and governance, including identity, role-based access control, audit capabilities, and compliance frameworks.
  • Understanding of how IT and security teams evaluate and adopt these capabilities.
  • Experience in defining and executing product vision and strategy.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
