## What You Will Do - Define and execute the vision and strategy of Webflow's access control, identity, and governance capabilities.
- Be the voice of Webflow's largest customers, working alongside go-to-market teams to shape the enterprise motion.
- Translate field insights into product direction, ensuring that the platform meets the needs of its most strategic customers.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers to execute on your vision and deliver impact.
- Partner with other product and engineering teams to evangelize access control principles across the company.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Webflow's customers, including their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Collaborate with the design team to create user experiences that are both intuitive and secure.
- Work with the engineering team to ensure that the platform's architecture supports the governance and security requirements of Webflow's largest customers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in enterprise security and governance, applying this knowledge to improve Webflow's offerings.

- Fluency in enterprise security and governance, including identity, role-based access control, audit capabilities, and compliance frameworks.
- Understanding of website and AI technologies and the tools marketing teams use to build and optimize their sites.
