About the Role
The Staff Product Manager position for Link Consumer Product at Stripe is a pivotal role that will drive the development and growth of Stripe's wallet for the internet. As a technical product manager, you will be responsible for building and scaling the Link App experience, working closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product roadmap. Your focus will be on creating a seamless and inspiring experience for consumers, leveraging new payment methods, purchase modalities, and kinds of money.The future of purchasing is evolving rapidly, with the emergence of AI agents, stablecoins, and the need for secure and simple identity sharing. What You Will Do
- Develop a deep understanding of user needs through consumer insights, market trends, and collaboration with Engineering, GTM, and Operations teams.
- Champion the consumer experience and be the voice of the consumer within Link and broader Stripe.
- Work closely with customers, product teams, and cross-functional partners to build a comprehensive and frictionless experience for Link consumers.
- Help set an ambitious roadmap for product development and expansion of Link's capabilities.
- Discover new areas of the business and lead them from inception to maturity.
- Set the pace, prioritization, and execution for the team, ensuring alignment with Stripe's mission.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Operations.
- Define and execute GTM strategies to drive the growth of Link.
- Gather insights from consumers and data to inform product decisions.
What We Are Looking For
- A technical product manager with a high degree of autonomy and drive.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a fintech or payments-related field.
- Strong background in GTM and product development.
- Experience working with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams to build and scale products.
- Ability to understand user needs and champion the consumer experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather insights from data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with AI-powered products or services is a plus.
