About the Role
As a Staff Product Manager for Product Information Management at HighLevel, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end vision, strategy, and execution of the company's PIM system. This is a critical role that will have a platform-wide impact, as the PIM is the foundational catalog layer that powers all commerce activity across the platform. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and partner product teams, to ensure that the PIM capabilities meet the requirements of all consuming surfaces.The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of product information management systems, as well as experience in leading the development of complex software systems. You will be responsible for defining and driving the roadmap for HighLevel's PIM system, as well as architecting the migration from the existing catalog foundation to a robust and extensible PIM.

What You Will Do
- Define and drive the end-to-end roadmap for HighLevel's Product Information Management system
- Lead the catalog overhaul and migration to a robust and extensible PIM
- Design for multi-team consumption and define clear API contracts and data models
- Drive cross-functional alignment and collaboration with engineering, design, and partner product teams
- Own the strategy for multi-currency, rule-based, and channel-aware pricing
- Champion the merchant experience and translate complex catalog management requirements into intuitive workflows
- Establish foundational patterns and best practices for the PIM
- Influence the broader commerce roadmap and partner with peer PMs across the Commerce team
- Set the platform standard for the PIM and ensure that it is a reliable and scalable service
- Drive the development of a world-class PIM that handles physical products, digital goods, and services at scale
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on product information management systems
- Proven track record of leading the development of complex software systems
- Deep understanding of product information management systems and their role in e-commerce operations
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and partner product teams
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in API design and data modeling
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to drive results and take ownership of work
- Experience in working in a remote-first organization
