About the Role
The Staff, Product Manager position at Twilio is a key role in driving the company's mission to shape the future of communications. As a product manager on the Onboarding and Compliance team, you will be responsible for leading the development of Senders and Numbers products, ensuring streamlined onboarding experiences while maintaining best-in-class compliance standards. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about creating lovable customer experiences and have a strong understanding of GTM and compliance.The Onboarding and Compliance team is a vibrant and diverse group of professionals who are dedicated to making Twilio's products accessible to customers worldwide. As a product manager, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering teams, sales, and marketing, to drive product planning, design, execution, and delivery. Your ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions will be essential in this role.

What You Will Do
- Collect and develop business requirements, collaborating with engineering teams to translate these into user stories
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive product planning, design, execution, and delivery of product investments
- Develop, communicate, and generate excitement for the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Partner with GTM to launch products and enable sales and marketing teams to drive product adoption and growth
- Conduct regular data-driven business reviews to analyze product execution and revenue/market accomplishments
- Collaborate with the design team to create user-friendly and intuitive interfaces for Senders and Numbers products
- Work with the compliance team to ensure that products meet all regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management in SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving product strategies
- Command of analytical thinking skills, with the ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to make product decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
- Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding, with the ability to dive deep while keeping perspective on the big picture
- Experience working with GTM and Excel, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements, with the ability to ensure that products meet all necessary standards
