About the Role
As a Staff Product Manager at ZenBusiness Inc., you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to helping entrepreneurs launch and grow their businesses. Your primary focus will be on identifying new growth opportunities and optimizing the customer funnel to increase conversion rates. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to drive business impact and own the product lifecycle.The role is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere, and you will report directly to the VP of Product. This position is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about product-led growth, and has a knack for data-driven decision making.

What You Will Do
- Own and execute a 3-month rolling roadmap of projects to increase customer volume and average revenue per customer
- Lead experimentation efforts with product and engineering teams to test new features and UX optimizations
- Streamline checkout flows to eliminate cognitive load and ensure seamless payment processing
- Act as a thought leader across the company on checkout and payment acceptance
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to identify and implement strategies that drive conversion rates and improve customer experience
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the customer funnel and identify areas for optimization
- Work closely with data analysts to inform product decisions with data-driven insights
- Participate in A/B testing and experimentation to measure the impact of product changes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product-led growth techniques and industry trends
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a digital marketing or tech company
- Proven track record of driving business growth through product optimization and experimentation
- Strong understanding of product-led growth techniques and conversion rate optimization tactics
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to inform product decisions with data-driven insights
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or computer science
Nice to Have
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or HTML/CSS
- Experience with cloud-based technologies and SaaS platforms
- Certification in product management or a related field
