About the Role

As a Staff Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's Go-To-Market strategy and product positioning. You will work closely with the product management team to define product value, messaging, and launch plans, and collaborate with various go-to-market functions to create materials that help customers evaluate and adopt Grafana Labs' products.The company's flagship product, Grafana, has become an indispensable tool for over 20 million users worldwide, from small startups to large enterprises. The product marketing team at Grafana Labs is responsible for driving growth and adoption of the company's products, and this role is a key part of that effort.
As a member of the product marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing launch plans, creating sales enablement materials, and conducting customer research to inform product development and marketing strategies.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute Go-To-Market plans for new products and features
- Collaborate with product management to define product value, messaging, and positioning
- Create sales enablement materials, including sales sheets, case studies, and product demos
- Conduct customer research to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Develop and maintain competitive positioning and market analysis
- Partner with the demand generation team to develop targeted marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the product team to develop product roadmaps and requirements
- Develop and deliver training and enablement programs for sales and customer-facing teams
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the tech industry
- Strong understanding of product marketing principles and Go-To-Market strategies
- Experience with launch planning, sales enablement, and customer research
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with market analysis and competitive positioning
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
