  • Own and manage the launch of new products/features relevant to target buyers.
  • Conduct internal and customer research to understand pain points, competition, and opportunities.
  • Teach go-to-market and sales teams how to gain value from the company's products, including delivering training and enablement, and ensuring customer-facing teams are able to effectively engage with customers, partners, and prospects.
  • Own customer lifecycle campaigns, including competitive positioning, retention, upsell/cross-sell, and advocacy.
  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase customer adoption.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials and ensure they have the necessary tools to succeed.
  • Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback and insights on product development and roadmap.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience with product launches, including planning, execution, and measurement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with customer research and feedback, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
