About the Role
Wheelhouse is seeking a Staff Revenue Manager to join their Revenue Management team, where you will play a critical role in developing and refining revenue management strategies that drive meaningful revenue gains for clients. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Head of Revenue Management to build and scale revenue management frameworks that help operators improve their performance. Your primary focus will be on developing the strategies, processes, and insights that inform pricing decisions and strategic recommendations. What You Will Do
- Develop and refine revenue management strategies that drive revenue gains for clients
- Build and scale revenue management frameworks that inform pricing decisions and strategic recommendations
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive revenue growth
- Utilize Excel and other data analysis tools to develop data-driven insights and recommendations
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and client stakeholders
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of revenue management strategies
- Identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them

- Deep, hands-on experience managing revenue for short-term or vacation rental portfolios
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective revenue management strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights

- Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a knack for building and maintaining complex systems and processes
