About the Role
As a Staff Software Engineer on the Developer Productivity - Build Stability team, you will play a key role in shaping the developer experience for hundreds of engineers at Gusto. Your focus will be on improving the performance, scalability, and reliability of the CI ecosystem.Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and evolve the core CI system, primarily centered around Buildkite, to handle the growing engineering organization's needs.
- Champion AI-native patterns within the build and CI domain to increase developer efficiency.
