Job Description

About the Role

Sunrun is seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer to design and implement voice-enabled solutions that support service operations. The role involves integrating Amazon Connect with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, ensuring seamless customer support experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Amazon Connect contact flows, including integrations with Lex bots and routing logic for voice and chat channels.
  • Lead the integration between Amazon Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, ensuring smooth data synchronization, call handling, and screen pop functionality.
  • Develop and maintain AWS Lambda functions, APIs using API Gateway, and supporting infrastructure for event-driven workflows.

Requirements

  • Strong background in integrating Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and AWS-based contact center solutions.
  • Experience with Amazon Connect, Lex bots, and API Gateway.
