About the Role

The Staff Solutions Architect, Contract Lifecycle Management, plays a pivotal role in Twilio's journey towards shaping the future of communications. This position is at the forefront of designing and implementing next-generation Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) platforms, ensuring seamless contract lifecycle management. The role necessitates a unique blend of technical expertise, business process knowledge, and the ability to drive operational excellence across GTM technology operations.

As a key member of the GTM Solution Architecture and Design team, the Staff Solutions Architect will work closely with various stakeholders, including Sales Operations, GTMA Systems, GTMA Product, Twilio Engineering, and Integration Engineering teams. The goal is to architect solutions that enhance Quote-to-Cash workflows, leveraging Salesforce and adjacent technologies.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and program managers to design and manage solutions within Salesforce and other technologies for the Contract Lifecycle Management team.
  • Develop and maintain a holistic view of CRM-based processes and user personas to ensure project compatibility with upstream and downstream systems and processes.
  • Communicate regularly with a diverse group of stakeholders, tailoring your approach to their priorities and levels of technical acumen.
  • Lead projects end-to-end to improve the tracking and management of CPQ/CLM products, partnering with the product owner and product manager.
  • Work with Product Managers to architect and implement solutions within Salesforce, including automating processes using Lightning Components, Apex, and Flow, focusing on scalability, system health, and end-user experience.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, considering the diverse priorities and technical backgrounds of stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing roadmap design and ownership in combination with the product owner and product manager.
  • Advocate for technology best practices and represent technology stakeholders.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Salesforce and GTM ecosystems.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on Salesforce and GTM ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, efficient solutions in Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to map them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead projects end-to-end.
  • Experience with Quote-to-Cash workflows and Contract Lifecycle Management.
  • Knowledge of GTM technology operations and the ability to drive operational excellence.
  • Familiarity with integration patterns, data mapping, and user journey mapping.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its applications in contract lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of Zuora and MDM systems.
  • Certification in Salesforce architecture or a related field.
  • Experience working in a remote-first company and managing remote teams.
