About the Role
As a Staff Solutions Architect at Twilio, you will play a critical role in building extraordinary tools and solutions for the company's rapidly growing go-to-market teams. You will be responsible for architecting, managing, and building scalable solutions for the opportunity lifecycle, working closely with product owners, builders, and program managers. Twilio's GTM Systems Operations team is crucial for the success and scalability of the company's go-to-market efforts, and as a solutions architect, you will be a key driver of system, process, and data improvements.The role entails collaborating with global teams to design and implement solutions within Salesforce and adjacent technologies, ensuring scalability, system health, and end-user experience. You will be working on a wide range of projects, from front-end development to back-end process management, and will be responsible for developing and maintaining a holistic view of CRM processes and user personas.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with product owners, builders, and program managers to architect and manage solutions within Salesforce and adjacent technologies
- Design and implement solutions, including front-end development, back-end process management, and 3rd party integrations
- Develop and maintain a holistic view of CRM processes and user personas to ensure compatibility with upstream and downstream systems
- Communicate regularly with a diverse group of stakeholders with different priorities, levels of maturity, and technical acumen
- Lead projects end-to-end to improve the way go-to-market and internal teams track and manage lead routing, lead management, and opportunity lifecycle
- Work with the product owner and product manager to design thoughtful technical solutions that keep the overall CRM platform and sales user experience in mind
- Develop and maintain technical solutions, including object-oriented programming code, set-based scripting language, and data modeling
- Collaborate with the GTM Systems Operations team to drive system, process, and data improvements
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, with a focus on Salesforce and GTM systems
- Strong understanding of Salesforce development, including front-end and back-end development
- Experience with 3rd party integrations, data modeling, and pipeline development
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to develop and maintain a holistic view of CRM processes and user personas
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement technical solutions
- Experience working in a global team environment, with a strong understanding of remote work principles
Nice to Have
- Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, including Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure
- Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Certification in Salesforce development, including Salesforce Developer and Salesforce Architect
