About the Role

Reddit is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join the Ads TPM team within the Tech PMO, supporting the Ads Product & Engineering organization. As a TPM, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that span multiple technical teams, driving technical programs in the Ads Monetization engineering space.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple engineering teams
  • Own and drive technical programs in the Ads Monetization engineering space
  • Partner with engineering leaders to evaluate prioritization, tradeoffs, and risks related to owned programs

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager
  • Strong technical judgment and expertise in driving cross-functional initiatives
  • Proficiency in Excel and other relevant tools
