About the Role
The Stakeholders Value Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to engage with stakeholders, including medical professionals and hospital administrators. This position will be responsible for creating and deploying hospital programs to effectively market Edwards Lifesciences' products and services. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, with a focus on cardiovascular care, and will be able to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.As part of the marketing team, the Stakeholders Value Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, clinical, and program deployment managers, to ensure the effective execution of marketing plans. This role will also involve managing budgets related to program marketing activities and tracking the success of these initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a focus on healthcare marketing, and will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and project management.
What You Will Do
- Develop and deploy hospital programs to effectively market Edwards Lifesciences' products and services
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to engage with stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including medical professionals and hospital administrators
- Manage budgets related to program marketing activities
- Track the success of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, clinical, and program deployment managers
- Develop and evolve program content based on clinical evidence, best practices, and faculty input
- Create marketing materials to communicate content to hospitals and stakeholders
- Liaise with field teams and country marketing teams as well as program deployment managers for use of the materials
- Train all content users for impactful delivery
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of work-related experience in healthcare marketing or Master's degree with 5 years of work-related experience
- Proven successful marketing skills and project management experience
- Proficiency in English is essential, with any other language being a plus
- Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of hospital programs and challenges
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to drive achievement of objectives and manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have
- Experience with marketing automation platforms
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media and email marketing
- Certification in marketing or a related field
- Experience working in a remote team environment
