About the Role
The Starlink Growth Manager will be responsible for leading consumer subscriber acquisition and growth efforts across the US South region, specifically in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Mississippi. This role will involve developing and executing local growth strategies, building partnerships with key stakeholders, and driving sales and marketing initiatives to expand Starlink's presence in these states. As a key member of the Growth Team, the successful candidate will be expected to think creatively, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.The Starlink Growth Manager will serve as the face of Starlink in the US South region, working closely with local communities, businesses, and governments to promote the adoption of Starlink's revolutionary satellite broadband internet service. This is a unique opportunity to own multiple state markets and drive the expansion of Starlink's consumer presence across the region.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute local growth strategies to drive consumer subscriber acquisition and growth across the US South region
- Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including internet service providers, affiliates, utilities, retailers, and community organizations
- Identify and evaluate new customer acquisition channels, including partnerships with local governments and businesses
- Drive deal execution from opportunity identification through commercial agreements and partner launch
- Represent Starlink in external discussions with prospective commercial partners and community stakeholders
- Lead local marketing and awareness initiatives, including field marketing, community events, and trade shows
- Collect and synthesize customer and partner feedback to influence product offerings, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches
- Track and report on subscriber acquisition performance, partner productivity, and campaign ROI
- Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, operations, and finance teams to execute scalable growth programs
- Develop and execute pilots and growth experiments to identify high-performing acquisition channels
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, growth, sales, marketing, or a related field
- Strong execution mindset and ability to operate independently in the field
- Experience working with consumer technology, telecommunications, or subscription-based services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and synthesize data to inform growth strategies
- Experience with Excel and other data analysis tools
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative growth strategies
