What You Will Do

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of PKO Bank Polski's products and services, as well as those of competitors

What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, expanding client relationships, and meeting business objectives
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, including financial statement analysis, risk management, and investment products
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in digital tools, including CRM software, video conferencing platforms, and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong self-motivation, discipline, and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions

- Fluency in Polish and strong English language skills
