About the Role
Twilio is revolutionizing the future of communications, and as a Strategic Account Executive 3 - ISV, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this remote position, you will be responsible for managing and expanding ISV customer accounts, developing and executing account strategies, and partnering with cross-functional teams to identify new revenue opportunities.As part of Twilio's sales organization, you will be working closely with product management, finance, support, and operations teams to drive sales cycles and deliver results. Your success will depend on building deep partnerships and consistently achieving revenue, gross margin, and gross profit goals.
What You Will Do
- Manage and expand ISV customer accounts to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop, drive, and execute account strategies to consistently deliver strong revenue, gross margin, and gross profit results
- Partner closely with other Twilio teams to identify new revenue opportunities within your account portfolio
- Serve on a cross-functional account team with representatives from product, finance, support, and services teams
- Run a disciplined forecast, consistently achieve goals, and present guidance to executive management
- Run highly consultative sales cycles with our largest customers with a focus on deep discovery, listening to customer needs and being an effective champion for their point of view in the organization
- Generate and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast utilizing our CRM, Salesforce
- Establish yourself as a trusted subject matter expert and share industry updates and changes with the GTM sales organization
- Collaborate with product management to provide feedback and insights on product development and roadmap
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Twilio's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor landscape
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of tech sales experience, with at least 3 years in a full-cycle closing role
- Expertise in managing or leading quantitative, highly analytical products and solutions for customers
- Accountable for relationship management, cross sells, upsells and solutions consulting
- Comfortable working with business and highly analytical products and solutions
- Strong understanding of GTM and Salesforce
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial metrics and drivers
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, finance, support, and operations

- Knowledge of the communications and technology industries
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts
- Certification in sales or a related field
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce
