About the Role

What You Will Do
- Manage and expand existing customer relationships to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the business
- Identify new sales opportunities and pursue them aggressively
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, finance, support, and operations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer accounts
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to help drive the development of new products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns
- Manage and maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast data using Salesforce
What We Are Looking For
- At least 7 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year in major account or strategic sales
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex customer relationships
- Strong understanding of sales strategy, customer relationships, and analytical skills
- Experience working with business and technical leaders, preferably in the technology or communications industry
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote work environment
- Experience with Salesforce and Excel
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
