About the Role

The Strategic Account Executive 4 role at Twilio is a critical position that involves leading relationships with growth and mid-market customers who utilize Twilio's messaging, voice, and email services. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing customer relationships, and identifying new sales opportunities. What You Will Do

  • Manage and expand existing customer relationships to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the business
  • Identify new sales opportunities and pursue them aggressively
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, finance, support, and operations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer accounts
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to help drive the development of new products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast data using Salesforce

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 7 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year in major account or strategic sales
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex customer relationships
  • Strong understanding of sales strategy, customer relationships, and analytical skills
  • Experience working with business and technical leaders, preferably in the technology or communications industry
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote work environment
  • Experience with Salesforce and Excel
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
